I have endeavored to give credit to those individuals who are fellow authors, researchers and artists.  If I have left anyone out, this was not my intention.  If I have failed to attribute an artist or improperly cite a content creator, I need to know.

The content creators I have cited neither endorse nor approve the content or message of this website.  In my citation of various content creators, my use does not constitute an endorsement of their material either.
