The Thief’s Perspective from the Cross
"To day thou shalt be with me in paradise"
Knowing that my hour of death was getting closer and closer, I had heard the words of the Master and was still in unbelief and shock. Saying it as he did, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do,” Jesus’ manner of speech, his words—their clarity, directness, authority, power, justice, compassion, and mercy—convinced me of my abject poverty as a human being, not materially but spiritually.
In spite of what many would say years later, I was there and his words were directed towards me and the other thief. They were not directed towards the unrepentant clerics, soldiers or curiosity seekers. My crime had not been in the coveting of things but in human trafficking, a form of kidnapping punishable by death under God’s law.
His Holy Spirit led me to the conclusion that even though we were on display before the whole world as human objects of the basest, vilest, and most pitiable sort, my past errors in judgment had led me to ultimately see my condition as only God could see me. . . And this after my cruel words of derision had been cast rashly, impulsively, foolishly, and unjustly in the Saviors’ face. As foretold, Jesus was indeed crucified between the transgressors; I the chiefest.
On display at this seemingly inconspicuous moment in man’s history, I was confronted with the vanity, arrogance, conceitedness, ruthlessness, emptiness, pride, jealousy, and condescension—everything contemptible in the human condition, in all of its ugliness, contrasted with the humility, mercy and grace I witnessed in the Lord’s eyes.
Realizing my own worthlessness, I sensed that I too was being crucified in my soul and being granted a second chance at life, even though my demise was imminent. It was as though the Lord had asked me the question, ‘Who do you say that I am?’ I was able to answer this elusive human inquiry by saying, ‘You are indeed the Christ, the Son of God.’ I continued, ‘without you, Lord, I can do nothing.’
The physical pain I was experiencing could not be compared to the loneliness, rejection, hatred, and forsaking Jesus endured for me and those he had created and blessed with a moral conscience; although many looking on had revealed to me, they did not possess one.
I had come to realize that the forgiveness Jesus offered me could never be appropriated by those who were not grateful of his sacrifice, his words, and who he is. I am speaking of unrepentant sinners. Jesus would never extend forgiveness towards those who were thankless, unrepentant, nor showed no sorrow for their sin. I realized repentance is not a human quality I or anyone else alive is capable of cultivating. It is miraculous. It is not of this world. It is independent of men. It is a gift revealing the work of Christ’s Holy Spirit within.
Before I started making the decisions that led me down an irretrievable path, I had seen John and his baptism of repentance. This is why John’s ministry was of God! While John’s ministry was significant in that the Holy Spirit produced the fruit of repentance, it could not produce regeneration and authentic change from within. Only when I asked Jesus to come into my life and live within me, did I realize the power of Christ and his imputed righteousness, to convert the sinner.
Not able to endure the pile of derision the other thief was heaping on the Savior, I rebuked him by saying, “Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.”
For the three of us, sensing that our time left on this earth was ebbing away, I could no longer hold it in. In every ounce of effort and strength I could muster, and fighting through my own insecurities, uttered in my quivering voice of unrestrained emotion, “Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”
Just before slipping into a state of unconsciousness from the unbearable pain my body had been racked with, the Savior’s words flooded my soul. I will never forget his words of peace. He actually told his Father to forgive me. I realized at that moment, Jesus the Christ, was the only conduit through which all good things flowed. Just before giving up the ghost, my Lord encouraged me with these words, “To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.” In these, he made me realize ‘not my will, but his will would be accomplished in me in spite of who and what I was.’

I don’t know how some of you ended up here. Accidentally? Followed a link? Curious? Looking for something a little off-beat? A different website it is. Some of you may want to leave now. That’s o.k. The truth always hurts. Especially spiritual truth and what’s going on in our belligerently occupied Biden government. If you are peeved with me at this point, you need to leave because it won’t get any better. I cover two things here—Truth and truth—truth in religion and truth in government.
I label myself a conservative Christian. I am not welcome among the casual or even the churchianity types. I recused myself quite some time ago because I read the Bible and actually want to live what I read. I know this is really odd and out of the ordinary . . . But hey, I can’t help myself. I guess that is what you call living in the Spirit. The Bible refers to it as losing your life for Jesus’ sake.
Politically, I would also label myself conservative. You will recognize the basis of my conservative views have been profoundly influenced by my Christian faith. You’ll find my website unique for the following reasons:
- SCRIPTURAL INNERRANCY (II TIM. 3:16)[1]—The K.J.V. Bible is the word of God and the other Alexandrian manuscripts, which have spawned the counterfeit translations, are fakes. This is not opinion, but fact. I won’t argue with you over this. If you claim to be one of his sheep and you can’t hear Jesus’ voice, you have a serious problem. There can be no unity of the Spirit if you can’t hear his voice and recognize truth as truth.
- GOD’S SOVEREIGN GRACE (EPH. 2:8, 9)[2]—If you trample under foot what Christ did for the sinner by believing in man’s free-will, you are accursed. The apostle Paul said if he, an angel from heaven or any other man preached any other gospel other than grace and Holy Spirit faith, they were to be accursed (Gal. 1:8, 9)
- NO SUBJECTIVE INTERPRETATIONS OF SCRIPTURE (II PET. 1:20, 21)[3]—I don’t read what others think scripture says . . . I read scripture. The Bible interprets itself. If you haven’t heard that, it’s time you do. I don’t use Bible ‘helps.’ They actually don’t help. They confuse at best and contradict scripture at worst.
- NO PSYCHOLOGY (GEN. 3:12, 13)[4]—The Bible is the believer’s answer to all problems the individual will encounter in life. Psychology is nothing more than finding others to blame for your sin. Adam, Eve and countless others through the ages have looked for people to blame instead of taking responsibility, maturing and growing up.[5]
- AUTHORITY (JOHN 12:48)[6]—It comes from the inerrant words of Christ. If you are not submitted to his authority, you’re living under man’s authority (ecclesiastical authority). If you have problems in your life because of your disobedience to the scriptures,[7] look no further for the reasons.
- HOLY SPIRIT, MY TEACHER—So who is your teacher? Man, or the Holy Spirit!
- NOT EVOLUTIONARY (GEN. 1)—If you believe man evolved from amoeba, chaos, disorder, and it took billions of years, you are at odds with a young earth and biblical creationism. There are only two explanations for man’s origins and cosmology and the secular interpretive approach, given the woeful lack of evidence, is definitely not science.
- MAN’S CORRUPT NATURE[8]—Contrary to religion, man is not perfectible. The Bible clearly teaches all men are condemned to hell and it is only by God’s grace any are saved, elected, predestined, called and chosen.
- REJECT COLLECTIVISM[9]—Jesus taught servant leadership and the uniqueness of each individual NOT identity, fulfillment and purpose for the individual through a group. Collectivism is the single greatest threat to human governance on this planet. We have the scriptural template for how man is to govern himself before his Creator and how he is to conduct himself with his fellow man. Old Testament law examines the intents of a man’s heart, as well as weighing the consequences of his outward behavior.
- RELIGION OR SECULARISM RE-BRANDED IS THE HUMAN POTENTIAL OR NEW AGE MOVEMENT—Anyone paying attention knows this is how men and Satan have always worked hiding behind a phony cloak of righteousness to advance collectivism’s diabolical goal of world domination. Jesus spoke of this in Revelation 6:2, the rider on the white horse with a bow, going forth conquering and to conquer. This IS Rome. Anyone that will not see this IS complicit of the cabal’s activity. All collectivist enterprises have their genesis in religion. It is the cesspool that appears pure.
- THE AXIOM OF HYPOCRISY, ENDEMIC OF THE COLLECTIVIST, IS TARGETED TOWARD THE RIGHTEOUS—History, scripture and experience through observation of human behavior, reveals that when the righteous are falsely accused, it is the Liberals (the wicked) that are actually guilty.
- TEACHABLE SPIRIT—If you claim Jesus as your Savior, then a teachable spirit should be evident in your life, when it comes to the truths God wants you to learn. God makes no one stupid. People choose to be stupid. Read Proverbs. I call it the book of human relationships. Several personalities are repeated throughout this book. Note the following:[10]
- fool—synonyms--jackass, idiot, moron, imbecile. They don’t learn because of their stubbornness.
- simple—An individual who reveals an absence of common sense. Someone who ignores their God-given moral conscience and acts impulsively without thought for their mindless actions.
- sluggard—synonyms--deadbeat. Habitually lazy.
- slothful—Absence of determination, perseverance and attention to detail. When Jesus encourages us to go two miles, this person takes a couple of steps and says they’re done. Does just enough to get buy.
- rich man—I am not opposed to people having money. Many of your Bible personalities were men of means and substance—Job, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, David, Solomon, etc. It’s where you place your trust, emphasis and faith. Rich people who don’t put Christ first, worship money. Their trust is in money, while every moral decision involves making it from the perspective of a financial loss or gain. They forget that God is the source for men to acquire wealth.[11] People who place money before Christ will not get to heaven. They, like the camel, can't even get through the eye of a needle.
If you are still here after all this, praise God. I will cover and talk about things you will not find anywhere else AND it will always be from a biblical perspective and honoring Jesus Christ . . . After all, isn’t that the way it should be? He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

The Reality of Our Warfare
Our protest against the British Crown for their abuses and usurpations as outlined in our Declaration of Independence, produced our Constitution and Amendments. These unique documents place the responsibility of freedom in the hands of a free people. This freedom cannot be assured without a national conscience founded on moral absolutes. It is only in the inerrant scriptures, the Holy Bible, that America can continue on its course of freedom.
There are no innocent victims in this conflict eternal. It is waged on three fronts: God's wisdom, man’s wisdom, and Satanic influence. Its participants consist of only TWO parties: the seed of the serpent AND the seed of the woman. While this theater may include visible cyber-warfare, D.O.D. bio-weapon's labs, a Wuhan gain-of-function virus, a stolen national election, a rogue mainstream medical community, a slave-debt based currency, as well as deep state funded news anchors and political pundants, its real conflict is being waged in the realm of the unseen.
The one participant, an enraged adversary and pathological liar, lives in fear. This adversary also possesses a relentless hostility towards an imagined enemy, is consumed with wicked intentions, is a staunch advocate of collectivism, believes he can determine right and wrong (man's free-will), is a disciple of evolution, and if that weren't enough, dodges personal responsibility (is a rabid proponent of psychology). These brute beasts project, scheme and implement vanity, mischief, and malice toward Christ and his followers with an implacable, perverse mind.
The other participant, a principled, faithful soldier for Christ, knows what is at stake--the souls of men. He understands his enemy and knows there are no prisoners of war. He also understands his vulnerability in the eternal scheme of things . . . Man is helpless and powerless in this invisible struggle. His only hope lay beyond himself. Only by God's elective counsel will the predestined plans of Providence be fulfilled. Christ has given me his marching orders. Who has given you yours? Glory, glory, hallelujah!
The Christian Flag, its Colors, and the Invisible Hand of God
- White—Christ’s purity, holiness, righteousness, glory
- Blue—Christ’s royalty (King of kings and Lord of lords, the everlasting Father—Isa. 9:6)
- Red—The Savior’s blood that cleanseth me from all sin
- The wind blown flag (John 3:8)—The Holy Spirit that crucifies the old man and makes me a new creation
- The elective counsel of Providence—His predestined will from the foundation of the world, is why I am here
